How long will shipping take?

3-7 working days depending on where you live.

I ship packages every friday!

Can I return an item or get a refund?

At the moment we don’t offer returns or refunds unless they are serious and need returning or refunding, this is because of sanitary reasons.

I don’t know if I’m allergic to the ingredients used in your products

Before purchasing any products please read the Allergens information in the “pages” tab, that page has all the information about the ingredients we use, however if you don’t know if your allergic to anything we use simply do a patch test on your arm and leave for a few hours before applying the product to your face and if you do have a reaction I will not be held responsible as I have listed the ingredients on my website.

Which payment methods do you accept 

At the moment we only accept PayPal but we are working on expanding!

Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is sent to your email 1-3 days after your order is processed and shipped 

How do I cancel or change my order? 

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it, therefore we are unable to change or cancel orders.
